The Life Change Center has a comprehensive sliding fee program to help make our services more accessible! Here’s a quick summary of how it works:

Eligibility: Patients must go through an approval process based on their income and household size relative to the Federal Poverty Level (FPL).

Discounts: Up to 225% of FPL: Discounted services are also available for this income bracket.
