In part 2 of our series on emotions and mental health with marriage and family therapist Jake Wiskerchen, we talk about challenging beliefs and living with intentionality. You will also learn what happens chemically, and on a limbic and cellular level when we process emotions and they are validated; and how brain chemicals can get stuck in our body and organs causing mystery ailments. We also cover the many ways we can avoid our emotions; how to be intentional in determining maladaptive thoughts and emotions; how to recognize what we are feeling, and how not to react instantaneously.
